1. Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Foley AC Repair is a referral service, not an HVAC contractor. Work is performed and billed by independent licensed contractors. We connect callers in Foley and South Baldwin County with contractors licensed by the Alabama Board of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee HVAC work.

2. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, calling (251) 270-2500 or submitting a callback request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or service.

3. Types of Requests We Refer

Callers use us to reach contractors for work such as:

  • AC & Heating Maintenance
  • AC Installation & Replacement
  • Ductless Mini-Split Service
  • Emergency AC Repair
  • Heat Pump Repair
  • Humidity Control

4. No Referral Fee to Callers

There is no referral fee to the caller. We are compensated by participating contractors, not by you.

5. Estimates, Pricing and Payment

We do not set prices. The contractor provides a free estimate before starting work. Any agreement for work, including price, scope, scheduling, warranties and payment, is between you and the contractor. Price ranges in our guides are general Alabama figures for education only and are not quotes or prices from this site.

6. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship and warranties. Any claim about the work should be directed to the contractor who performed it. We will help you get in touch with them if you need it.

7. Availability

The phone is answered 24/7. Contractor dispatch typically runs Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, with emergency after-hours availability. Same-day service is available in most of South Baldwin but cannot be guaranteed for every address or time.

8. Guides and Website Content

Our guides are general information for Gulf Coast homeowners. They are not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed contractor. Do not open electrical panels, handle refrigerant or restart flood-damaged equipment yourself.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Foley AC Repair and ADE Marketing are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by any contractor.
